My Game won't work

I paid for, and downlaoded Yahtzee but it stopped working. I tried uninstalling it and downloading again but in setup wizard it says 'Error opening file for writing' and won't work.
Can anyone help as I have now paid for a game that I can't even play!!!!

Iregistered and none of the free trial games will start or promp me except to join.I dont know if these games are working .DO you have a web site problem?

I'm having the same problem with my gamehouse games. e.g. ranch rush, farm frenzy, missing in la...etc.

I bought Yahtzee download and I downloaded it but i can't get the game to come up. It just keeps going back to the page where you can try the game for an hour and then you're supposed to buy the game and my hour is over! Can anyone help me?

Hello smicoprjakit,

Thank you for posting your concern. The game you mentioned (Yahtzee) is not available in GameHouse anymore but since you have already purchased the game you should be able to get the full version of the game, all you need to do is to register the game. Please follow the instructions in the link given below to register a purchased game.

If you still get any issues getting the full version then send an email to help@gamehouse.com along with the email address associated with your GameHouse account.

I paid for Campfire Legends : The Babysitter and it won't work at all, did all the above ; don't understand why it won't work or the other Marooned. I have winvista/pc and this never happened before and not getting help...

This is the second e-mail that I am sending. My Incident # is 110520-001218. The only screen I bring up when looking to install skip bo is Trial Exp, Buy full version and Play w/ Fun Pass. I haave purchased this game already and do not wan to purchase it again. If this can't be fixed, I would like you to reverse the charges for this ame. It should not be that difficult to install a simple game. I had skip bo for almost 2 years but then my computer was hacked and I lost everything. Please let me know ASAP what if anything can be done about this situation. Sincerely, Doug Kramer
