My game is dragging, it moves very slow. Is there an update or something I am missing for this game to play correctly?

It still does not work.
Several of my games no longer work.

Sorry for the trouble and I will help you.

Can you please send an email to help@gamehouse.com? Include a brief description with the following details:

1. What type of internet connection you have? (Dial Up , DSL , Cable , Wireless or Wi - Fi)
2. Name of the firewall and/or security software used (Norton, McAfee etc.)
3. Prepare the Dxdiag report.

Also attach the link to this thread in the body of your email for reference to assist you better.

Hi Ashmoore, I've never played this particular game, does it have a custom cursor, and if so, can you switch it off? Nine times out of ten, when a game is dragging on my computer I find that it's the custom cursor, as soon as I diasble it (usually in 'Options' in the game) it works just fine. Just an idea

GameHouse has a very old build of this game and does not have the very latest updated version which solves this issue. The issue is that when you move the mouse around the game seems to pause until you stop the mouse pointer. I downloaded a build from MumboJumbo to test and the problem was not there. Thankfully I sent an email to support@mumbojumbo.com and provided them with order verification from GameHouse and they helped me update to a more recent version which does not cause the issue.

I'll give it a try. All of my games are playing this way though. I am at a loss.
They used to play just fine. I had my Operating System recovered last month and have updated drivers. None of my games have played right since.
