Sometimes the cookie data or internet cache can get corrupted. Therefore when you are having problems registering your game you need to clear out your temporary internet files. cookies, and another private data. Remember, you need to do this from Internet Explorer and not Chrome or Google since the licensing wrapper is ActiveMark and uses IE to display its pages inside the registration system.

This happened to me when using Spelvin yesterday trying to register it , and CCleaner worked wonders to clean it out.

It happened to me when I was register our games on our xp. I had them registered on mine and went to register them on his and had to shut mine off. Interference someplace. Maybe they will get it fixed.

That's a very good tip, wolvie... I've also found that doing a quick clean-up can solve a lot of problems.
