Jewel Quest Heritage closes after 10 mins

Help! I have Gamepass and downloaded Jewel Quest Heritage. It worked fine, but then I-Tunes made me update my player and now the game closes suddenly after 5-10 minutes of play. I tried rebooting, same result... any ideas?

Same problem here, I'm running Windows 7 64-bit. Everything is fine for awhile, then it just closes out of the game - no error message or anything.

I am having same problem. Also with Big City Vancouver and shutter island. I have rebooted, ran virus scan, contacted tech support, nothing helps.

Have just downloade Shutter Island, I play for about 5 minutes and it shuts down without warning, I'm running Windows XP 64x2. Everything is fine for awhile, then it just closes out of the game - no error message or anything

Me too! It happens to Jewel Quest Heritage and Big City Adventure Vancouver. I've run both Trend Security Pro AND Malwarebytes and nothing. I'm lucky if I can play for five minutes. The odd thing is that this just started happening the last couple of days. I'm running Windows 7 32-bit.

GameHouse continues research on this issue to identify its cause and develop a fix for it.
