Mmm, I just played door 3, level 9, and it looked nothing like that! Are there different versions?
In the level I played, you have to speak to the trader on the little island with the milk farm. He will trade the blueprints to you for 12 milk.
There doesn't even seem to be an island in the level in Lagoona's picture. I don't know how they're so different, but if your level look like that and there's no island then this won't make any sense to you LOL!

Only 1 version. I haven't got to door 3 yet. Lagoona's answer is for door 1 level 9.
