...but I need to know if i cancel my account while I have an active credit, do I lose it? I have read through a lot of stuff looking for an answer to this but haven't found one yet. Thought this would be quicker.

I would do everything in my power not to cancel and that is sad but true including asking people for money and sending my dad down to put money in his account which my dad will do. He knows how much I love gamepass.

My dad already went down to his account so I could get Bejeweled Twist from Realarcade. I got a credit and a coupon for buying that game. That is one game I don't regret buying at full price.

To answer your question you click on memberships. There should be an option to cancel in there.
