How fast is customer support?

I have been reading some of the posts here and some want immediate answers to their problems.
If not they threaten to cancel their account.
When the merger happened, I had a number of games that would not play, I was pulling at my hair in frustration. I emailed and emailed. We finally called and go the problem fixed.
My games all got fixed.
Some are talking about the other site. I have issues with them too. they may have a good suppot team but it also takes time to get a reply. It also makes a difference who you talk too. I lost ten game or more when I was with them. I had to buy them elsewhere. I have never lost a game here. Folks think and read some of the stickies you might find your answer.

I love gamehouse! I've been with them for a couple of years. The problem I have now is that I am unable to play ANY of the new games. What I love about this site is the fact that they release new games almost every day. But, now none of them work. Every one I download plays for just a few minutes and shuts down. Apparently this is happening to a lot of people. And the issue has been ongoing now for me since Friday Feb 19th.

When tech phone support says "yes, we have a problem we need to fix on our end" should it really take now going on day number five with no feedback and no resolution? My emails get the standard "bot" response of please list the name of the game, the error message, and what happens when you try to play it. All of those items have been addressed in the email they are responding too. And several of us are posting on the forums, through email, and calling and getting no answers. How long do we keep paying for a service we can't use? A week A month?

I have noticed a problem with one of my games. It might be the solution to some of the problems that others are having. Chect the 1001 Sinbad game thread. There is a solution there that fixed the problem. I have to change the screen resolution on some of my gamehouse games to get them to play.
