Has anyone found a "cannot find game" solution

Since moving to Game House all I get when trying to buy a full version game is an error message about unable to find your game. The same occurs regardless of whether I first download a demo/free trial game or try to buy the full version up front.

Has anyone out there been able to find a solution or even managed to get a Support response.

Are you trying to buy a game that gamehouse/real arcade has now or one that use to be listed. I have five that are listed as cannot find game. If you sign into your real arcade account these missing games are still available for redownload.

If he's downloading a demo first, then it must be listed... have you contacted CS, PukPuk? Via phone or Live Chat, etc? So many are having this problem, and no response from Staff! This is why RA was losing customers down the drain... a system that didn't work and no solutions.

It might help if you would list the game. I have had a number that said "cannot find game" I did some more looking and found a way to get my game. I got that error one time for a game I just bought. I turned off my computer and restarted. Computer keep track of what you do. Sometimes the simple solution is just to turn off the computer and start over.

Unfortunately I have been having this problem for a year now. I have contacted Support and did everything they asked and still have not found a solution. I also tried to purchase the games on several (5) other computers just to make sure it wasn't my PC that was causing the problem.

What is boils down to is that Gamehouse have not fixed this issue to date.

I have been coming back to the forums to check if a solution has been found, instead I see there is an ever rising amount of customers experiencing the same thing.

Maybe if more people are forced to shop elsewhere because of this issue (like me) they might take an interest or at least give us some feedback.

Do you read this Suport? You are loosing customers....

Hi Whisperer 59,

I signed into my RA account and clicked to redownload and it said I had to download a demo first and then come back to have it unlocked. Where can I get the demo? I appreciate any help you can give me since I lost 15 games in the move over from RA to Game House. If anyone else out there has an insight on this too, I would love some help. If I can't redownload the games I would like to get reimbursed for them then. Anyone know the best way to do that?

Thanks for any insight,
Susan

this is an impossible site!! Downloads go fine, then you're unable to launch game. I talked by phone to a rep who got me through one game, & now I'm trying on my own & am not getting ANYWHERE!! It's a continuous loop--sign in, download, choose game, then start all over again! There is no download button, so she told me to click on the blank spaces, & it would eventually show a blue square to click on--today, that's a no go. I won't be recomending this site to ANYONE!!! dwcrow

I decided to try out support again a few days ago and this time they told me to deselect the purchase of a CD copy of the games. Once I did this, the error cleared and I was able to purchase the games. Hope this helps you also.

If you want a copy of your games, when downloading just save a copy first before installing. That way you can make your own copy of the games you purchased.
