I am so ticked at this game. I had only 5 cities left to win and it never saved my game. Now I have to start all over. This is the second time it's done this. Sooooooooooo not impressed
I am really concerned about your experience. This occurs if the save game file gets corrupted. To fix this issue we need to clean uninstall and reinstall the game and also wipe out the corrupted game file from the computer.
To know more about the issue, send an email to help@gamehouse.com along with the following details:
1] Email address associated with your GameHouse account.

I appreciate your concern, but I have given up on this game. I've had to restart 4 times now because it won't save the game. The last straw was the game saved...but my character is now a ghost at a table. I can't play, the current game with 2 people showing, won't end. I can't get to the map...it's stuck and I'm not happy. I went to the link you posted, but all it shows is a bunch of pictures and posts...what purpose does that serve? Even if the corrupt file is wiped out...so will the game and I would have to start all over anyway. Tired of this. It's not worth the frustration.
Thank you for posting your concern; I understand how you feel and we want to get you back to playing your game. Yes you are right, if we wipe out the corrupted file, then you need to start the game from the scratch, but we can fix the problem once for all.
Send your email address associated with your GameHouse account to help@gamehouse.com so that we can narrow down the issue and help you better.
All the problems I was having were with the Premium edition of the poker. I have since
downloaded the regular version, and have had no problems...so far! Think I'll just stick
with that version. Thanks for your help!
