Yes. From the FAQ:

"You can purchase a gift certificate using one of your FunTickets or using your FunPass discount.'

'After you enter your billing and payment details, you will be prompted to enter the gift recipient's information. Upon completing the order, you will get an email receipt and the gift recipient will get an email with the gift certificate."
