Hello All,
As it is late into the evening and the ending of August 18th, I am concerned over my statistics.

I have downloaded the Free Game of the Day, "Supermarket Mania 2!" However, I never earned my Points for downloading the game nor have I received my Coins for doing so. As I check my Recent Activity, it doesn't take notice that I have indeed downloaded the game.

I am, of course, curious if anyone else has experienced this delema tonight and if you were able to correct the situation. My usual attempts of refreshing the web page, signing out and back into Game House, and using a different browser have failed.

I am hoping that there is just a delay and that my activity is accounted for.

I tried playing an online game to see if it would give me my Points and Coins, and surprise it did! However, after I successfully redownloaded the Free Game of the Day, "Supermarket Mania 2", I have had no success in receiving my Points or Coins.

Hi Judycide (and everyone!),

Thanks for your additional comments. First let me say that we want the GameHouse Rewards program to be fun and, well, rewarding. Nail biting was by no means a goal.

Today we discovered a few instances of Daily Sign-In tracking to be out of sync with the program but that issue has been resolved and our Technical Team assures me that all servers are in sync. To recap how the day is defined for Daily Sign-In Streak tracking:

Each day runs from 12:01 AM until 12:00 Midnight Pacific Time. A few examples of the current, equivalent 'day' in other world time zones:

Hawaii: 9:01 PM until 9:00 PM
New York: 3:01 AM until 3:00 AM
United Kingdom: 8:01 AM until 8:00 AM
Sydney, Australia: 5:01 PM until 5:00 PM

I know I write on behalf of the entire GameHouse team in telling you how much we appreciate the active interest that you all have shown in the GameHouse Rewards program. We're also grateful for your patience while we smooth out some of the start-up issues. Thank you for your business and for playing at GameHouse. OK, for the last week or so, I have put up with not getting credited coins and level points. I figure I earn a couple hundred a day, so why worry if half my points aren't credited. Today I logged in and was given a screen about 30day log in, but nothing for that either. So I decide I will cash out for my free game, only to find there is an issue with the system and I can't get my free game. So tell me again why I stay with GH?

Hi Bill,

In the email that I sent you, I showed you that I did indeed receive the Free Game of the Day "Supermarket Mania 2" on Thursday, August 18, 2011 at 9:55:15 PM, and I have no current problems with this game.

My reason for my last few posts and that email is that the GameHouse Rewards Program System did not record this game download in the area labeled Recent Activity on the GameHouse toolbar, nor did I receive the 10 Coins. I did however receive the 50 Points for that game on Friday along with the 50 Points for the Free Game of the Day, "1 Penguin 100 Cases." Would you please rectify this error?

Hi Bill,

Everything went well for me here at GameHouse on Friday and Saturday. My Daily Sign In Streak, check. The Free Game of the Day, check. Here it is Sunday and aside from the being able to Sign In after midnight thing, (I have to wait until 9PM, otherwise I'm not recognized.) my Daily Sign In Streak is intact.

The current problem:

The Free Game of the Day downloads and installs, but just like on Thursday, August 18, 2011, the GH Toolbar dosen't acknowledge that I have downloaded the game, nor does it give me the 50 Points or the 10 Coins. So, now I am waiting to get the 50 Points from tonight and 20 Coins from the 2 games, Thursday's and Sunday's. I don't think you really want me to keep downloading the same game over and over again. Which is what I did on Thursday and just twice today.

So, here it is, 1:36 AM and the Free Game of the Day for Monday, August 22, 2011 is still Sunday's Free Game of the Day, "Cursed House." Am I the only one who can't get the Rewards for the Free Game's of the Day? No Points, no Coins and no mention of this game on my GH Toolbar?

Hey Gamehouse--I want to say THANK YOU for what I consider a great rewards program. It's unfortunate so many have fussed about different problems they have encountered. I, for one, love this program and have not have any issues at all. Already earned 2 free games (and one of those was a 2-fer) and well on the way to more. I decided free games is the best reward for myself although others may want the Amazon certificates. I've read through most of the posts on this forum and it seems like GH is getting a beat-down instead of a great big THANKS and I wanted to get my 2 cents' in!

I'm having the same problem as many of you. When I come here each day, I don't get the popup telling me how many consecutive days I've logged in.

I stay logged in all the time but even when I re-log in using the bottom Rewards bar, it still doesn't show up.

The one time it did, it said it was my first day logging in.

Yesterday, it gave me my profile page and then hung there trying to load my badges. I've only got 3 so it shouldn't be a problem but it hung there for 15 mins or so while I went & did other things. Never could get it working right.

I'm spending more time here since I've experienced a ton of problems with the new Game Manager released by Big Fish. So far, it's been a wonderful place to hang out.

Me again!

This time my information popped up correctly at bar on the bottom of the screen.

However, no big box telling me I'd visited one or two or whatever days in a row.

Also, my coins amount has been exactly the same for well over a week now, despite the fact that I've visited here every day. (I like to check out the free game every day!)

Who should I contact about this?

I am a long time user of GH & have been keeping tabs on the threads regarding not getting points for signing in etc. I, too, have had an issue with this, but was giving your tech team some time to work out the bugs in your (fairly) new program. I think it's a great idea & am sure the kinks will get worked out. However, I decided it was time to let you know about my account over the last few days. My "Recent Activity" shows that I signed in every day from the 19th through the 22nd; however, the 21st says "Day 4" & the 22nd reset to "Day 1." Also, I signed in on the 23rd from a different computer, but it doesn't show that I signed in at all. It does show today however. I am in the Pacific time zone so time should not be a problem. Thanks for looking at this for me. And thanks for the new program.

I'm wondering if you can gift things. Some humane societies have Amazon "wish lists." Since I'm not going to get any free games--don't need them with funpass--I'll just try gifting when I get enough points. Like you, Suki, I'm not in the U.S. so postage on a $20 item doesn't make sense. Meantime, I'm not going to lose any sleep over it. Lose too much sleep playing games. [/quot

In my experience, most Amazon.com gift cards are sent to you through your email. They contain a code you enter onto Amazon in order to receive your credit. I would think that the charitable organizations you would like to give it to would have an email account that you could send the code to so they could use it.

How do we disable the stupid toolbar? I don't want to link to facebook, save coins, or points - i just want to play the games. sorry to be a crab, but toolbars (or anything) forced on me is a pet peeve.

Please, let me get rid of it!

Hi there - welcome to the GameHouse Community Forums! And thanks for your comments and your question.

The GameHouse Rewards toolbar can be hidden during any given browser session. Look for the downward pointing arrow at the right end of the toolbar and click that arrow to hide the toolbar. With the toolbar hidden you'll see a "Show Toolbar" option available if you wish. Remember that the toolbar can be hidden during any given browser session. Once you close your browser session and open another one you'll need to hide the toolbar again for that session.

Thanks for the response (sigh). I know how to hide it - every time I log in. I think it annoys me because it feels like advertising. If I wasn't a paying subscriber, that would be ok - why do I (the very long-time customer - came over from Real Arcade) have to make the extra step every time? It couldn't be hard to allow customers to set preferences to not show the "rewards" toolbar Anyway, I'll live with it for now, but this, compounded with the ads that come on when I am downloading a game make me long for a higher monthly payment with no ads.

this is just the information i was looking for. thankyou sliversuli for tracking it down. to clarify this means that those of in the UK who have to use Amazon.co.uk cannot make use of the Amazon.com vouchers, even though they are part of the same company!
I think it would defintely be helpful in making ths clear on the rewards page with an aasterix, jsut like GH has about the not applicable to premium games.

I clicked to spend my coins and it showed the Amazon gift certificates out of stock. I don't know if that is showing up because I'm not in the USA or if they show up out of stock for everyone.

I would like to say thanks for the program you are doing.
I have a problem with logging in going from day 1 to day 5 then back to day 1. Is this right? I log in several times through the day every day. Today I had to re register. Do I lose my points and coins?

Hi SandyB - This is correct. It goes from day 1 to day 5 and then starts at day 1 again but it is still calculating every continuous day that you sign in. When you get to day 30 you will receive a badge. Please see my post Daily Sign-In Streak Reward where it explains everything.

I'm in the USA, and they've been out of stock for me as well. It's quite disappointing.

Well, I've totally given up on the whole sign in thing. I have serious doubts that this will ever be fixed. I'll never get to the 100 consecutive sign ins because the whole thing is too screwed up. The points don't show up half the time. I give up.

I sign into gamehouse everyday, and today when I signed in my sign-in streak went back to day 1, after being on day 2 yesterday. when i pull up my recent activity, it shows each day in succession (aug 30, aug 31, sept 1) but aug 31 is day 2 and sept 1 is day 1. i have signed in every day since the rewards program began, but still haven't received points for the longer stretches (30 days). how will i ever get credit for longer sign-in streaks if it keeps randomly resetting?

Thanks for the info but what I would like to know is how many points you are supposed to get for each activity You say it is part of the fun of the Rewards Program, but what is fun about not knowing if you are being properly credited? I have purchased more than one game at a time and I am not sure that I am being properly credited for my purchases. One day I bought 3 games and received 2000 coins. The next day I bought two more and received another 2000 coins. It seems to me that something is not right.

Issue has been resolved. Thank you Gamehouse for your prompt handling of my problem!

Is there a way to know how many days in a row we have signed in? I know that you track it so we can get the 5/30/100/365 day badges, but I would like to be able to see how close I am to those numbers. Any way we can see this information?

It's doing it again! Not showing my points, etc on the bottom toolbar and no popup telling me which day I'm in signing in consecutively.

I had this problem before and after posting here some wonderful wizard sorted it out. Been great ever since. Until yesterday.

I signed out, went to another website and came back here intending to sign back in to see if that would fix the problem. But lo and behold I was still signed in! Even though I had deliberately signed out several minutes earlier. And still no popup and still no toolbar.

Are we back to glitchy again? Can that same wizard sort me out again?

If monthly Funpass subscribers get 10.000 coins per month, I think annual subscribers should get 5.000 as we pay about half of what monthlies pay. I don't think I get any extra coins per month. Do I?

I am wondering why the sign in bonus never goes beyond 5 days. I have signed on every day since July 12 and have never got any other bonus. I do keep getting the 5 day, but never got a 30 day. Also the toolbar used to stay signed in, now I have to do it everytime. I am signed on, on the site but not the toolbar. This caused me to almost lose points for what I was doing. The idea behind this is good but it doesn't seem like it is really delivering what is promised.

I have just collected a reward for Amazon only to find it is for U.S. ONLY. I have had to find an item that could be shipped to U.K. without being stung mightily for the shipping. Amazon would not transfer the amount to my U.K. account. I shall be contacting gamehouse rewards about this but wish to warn ant U.K. users that this is a pitfall.

Thanks for your posts over the past several days. I'll follow up on your specific questions when I'm back in the office on Monday, Sep. 12th, and I'll contact you individually via email.

Some general points: All FunPass subscribers - including FunPass Annual members - should be seeing Bonus GameHouse Coins each month for their subscription renewing (for purposes of GameHouse Rewards we track the monthly 'renewal' of FunPass Annual subscriptions as well). To yusef: I'll check your account on Monday to verify that you are receiving the Bonus Coins each month.

Amazon.com Gift Cards are applicable solely to purchases made at Amazon.com (the main site based in the U.S.); they are not applicable to purchases on the country-specific sites such as Amazon.co.uk and others. This topic has been discussed in another thread but those posts probably are pushed down within that thread by now, so I'm happy to post this reminder.

Daily Sign-In Streaks are tracked for longer streaks (30 days, 100 days, etc.) behind the scenes even though we display 5-Day Sign-In Streaks at a time. As I mentioned above I'll be glad to research specific questions brought up over the past few days in this thread and I'll reply via email to araleith, Grumpy1 and bpjuarez.

Amazingrace, another international GH member and I were discussing this topic a while back. I mentioned to her that some charitable organizations have "wish list" at amazon.com, and I'm hoping I will be able to use my gift certificate to make a donation when I have enough points.

Sorry to bring this up again here, Bill, but you're right. I have no idea where the other thread is, and Amazingrace is on this thread, at least for now.

in the spend coin section it was written that premium games and bejeweled 3 can not be redeemed through reward coins in free games coupon.why? and why it is about specialy bejeweled 3?
is there any chance that status premium games and bejeweled 3 come into normal games and can be downloaded as free games?

Hello gicer,

Premium Edition games have always been exempt from purchase with FunTickets, GamePass game credits and coupon codes. As such they are exempt from being purchased with GameHouse Rewards Game Coupons that you can obtain by redeeming GameHouse Coins. Bejeweled 3 carries the same restrictions.

There are standard editions of many of the games that are also offered as Premium Edition titles (Nightmare on the Pacific is one example), and standard edition games are available with GameHouse Rewards Game Coupons. There is no other version of Bejeweled 3, however; the game is only available for purchase at $19.99 (plus any applicable taxes) or for play with FunPass.

Any update on being able to show our level with our screen name? I'm just nosy to see how my level compares with other players. Plus, if I'm doing pretty well, which I'm probably not because I work a lot and my game time is limited unless I stay up too late, I would like to show off my level.

First time poster at GH, but I used to buy games from RA WAY back in the days (was never a member or anyhing though).

Anyhoo, I really hope this isn't a stupid question or anything... I bought the Mortimer 4 pack early in the AM on the 13th and I'm curious--I got the badge for buying the complete set, but didn't get the badge for purchasing The Crimson Thief. Is that badge for single purchases only?

I'm not having any problems otherwise *knock on wood*

The box that usually shows my coins upon signing in is blank today, and I'm unable to find the list showing the number of coins I should be earning each day I sign in in a row. (In other words, what are the levels for each day to get up to 250 on the 5th day?) Would you mind posting that info in case anyone else needs to know and replying to me by email so I will always be able to find this information?

Thanks for your question about the daily earnings for a given 5-day Sign-In Streak. They are:

Day 1: 15 coins
Day 2: 25 coins

Total for an unbroken 5-Day Sign-In Streak is 375 coins. Remember that only 5-Day Sign-in Streaks are displayed in the GameHouse Rewards Toolbar even though longer Sign-In Streaks are being tracked internally.

Thanks for the welcome and the prompt reply. That's exactly the info I needed! It shows I received the correct number of coins today, even though the individual boxes under the days on the "Daily Bonus" box and the box showing the number of coins I earned were all blank.

I also replied to your email, and thanks for also sending the info there as I requested!

I have redeemed 10'000 coins for my free game and received the voucher code but every time I try to use it I am given the message 'This is an invalid voucher code'. The code is in My Gamehouse account but no matter how many times I try it will not accept. I thought at first it was because I was trying to use the voucher to get a Double Pack game so I tried for a single game but still no luck. I've contacted customer services twice but have received no reply from them, can someone please help??

Thanks for your help Barry, so kind of you to get back to me so quickly - but that's something I've come to expect from Gamehouse; a quick and reliable response to my queries. I have done as you said and contacted the 'help' desk so hopefully I should be playing Big City Adventure Double Pack. Once again thank you for your time and help.
