Game I purchased from you, now you say you don't have

Hi,

The problem I have is that I purchased the original Bounce Out when GameHouse was providing cap letters and numbers when you purchased a game as opposed to your using a password to register your game. Now when I try to find this game and talked to convenience Customer Service they say you don't have this game available. I wanted to download the game again because of a computer crash. You say with all your games after purchase I will own the game and can download at any time. Now how do I download a game GameHouse sold to me which now you say you don't have?

Sorry to see you going through this issue. Just a head's up on discontinued games: There are a number of reasons why a game may no longer be offered on GameHouse. The most common reasons are that the game is not supported on new technologies or operating systems, the game itself is broken and the game developer is unable to offer a fix to the issue, or the GameHouse contract to sell the game has ended so we can no longer legally sell the game.

But while reviewing your account I found that you have purchased Bounce Out Blitz & Super Bounce Out under different email addresses. The good news is that they are available in GameHouse and can be downloaded without any issues. Just shoot an email to help@gamehouse.com, so that we can help you with the issues you are facing.
