Hey Guys

I must be dumb coz I cannot work out something about the funpass monthly thing.

So $6.99USD came off my credit card and I played one game. Do I get unlimited play on any games for the month for that price??? I read somewhere that the monthly fee thing is $19.95? But I am fully confused. What do I get for my $6.99USD a month?

Hi there Brodie
So, for the $6.99 price point you are on the Fun Ticket product. What that gives you is one free game per month. Also, as a benefit you can purchase other games at a 65% discount making them $6.99 a piece.
The $19.99 product that you were seeing is called Fun Pass. That is a membership that allows you unlimited play on any of the games in our entire library for the length of your membership.

I hope that helps to clear things up!

Hey there Brodie! There does seem to be alot of confusion between these two things. If $6.99 has been charged to your credit card then you have contracted for 6 funtickets. You have spent one of them for the game you received which is yours to keep. You will be billed on the same day for the next 5 months for the rest of them. When you are billed your account will show one available funticket for you to spend. If you spend that funticket and then decide to buy another game before the next billing you will get that game for $6.99 also but that game will be an extra game. You will still be billed once a month untill all 6 "contracted" billings are finished.

Cherryrose, there is no obligations anymore, you can cancel Funticket subscription($6.99 one) any time, there is no 6 months contract. If you choose to remain active subscriber your monthly payment is $6.99 and you get 1 free game credit monthly as well as the discount for any game purchase. For Funpass ($19.99 monthly) you can play any game unlimited time + get the discount for the game purchase. Again, any subscription can be cancelled any time
