I'm trying to download the free game, but when it starts to install, there's a message saying i'm not connected to the internet and i can't continue. It's weird because I am connected, I can browse in other windows and msn is working. How do I fix this problem?
Oh gosh! I thought I was the only one! I absolutely love this game and was so excited when I found out it was the free game of the day. I get the same message as well.

Yes, Gamehouse, you have lost me as a customer. I have been a customer of Real Arcade for many, many years. I just tried calling customer service and called India or somewhere.
The first rep disconnected me. After having to call back a second time, the next rep could barely speak English. I had to ask him to repeat things 2-3 times to try to understand what he was saying. He was reading from a script, asked me my name 2 times and then argued with me when I said forget it I would just cancel when my frustration level reached its limit.
I will find another gaming service to use. Shame on all companies that outsource their customer service outside of the country to which they are serving!!!
