have cancelled my fun pass after being a member since 2003 in realarcade to gamehouse. the reason is because i am supposed to get 2 games per month free. now with the "premium" and "platinum" games coming out i dont get those for my $20 monthly payment. so why should i poor $20 down a rathole? heidi_s_wood@yahoo.com

Hello heidi_s_wood---Thanks for posting at GameHouse!

We brought Platinum Edition games to GameHouse per the request of many of our customers who have expressed an interest in this content, which had been previously unavailable to us. In order for GameHouse to offer you these games, we are not contractually able to offer them for FunPass play. We will be offering Standard versions of these games, which will be included for FunPass play, as soon as those standard editions are available to us - usually at the same time the Platinum version is released, whenever possible. Please rest assured we have no plans to discontinue releasing regular and Premium Edition games for free FunPass play. We've also recently added FunPass VIP deals as an extra way to say "thank you" to our FunPass members.

How do you get 2 free games per month? I'm a funpass member and I don't get any free games except for funpass VIP deals like LanceK mentions. ?

Hi yusef--Thanks for posting!

FunPass members can play Premium edition games and they will get a special bonus of 10,000 coins every month which is enough to get one free game. Hence there is no two free game offer.

I think OP may mean GamePass rather than FunPass. It's the membership we were offered when we came over from RealArcade, we get two game credits per month. They used to be called FunTickets, but since GH introduced special deals for FunTicket holders they've been changed to 'game credits' so we don't qualify. (As far as I know it still says FunTickets when you go to purchase a game though! However it's been so long since I found a game to purchase with my credits, they may have changed this now.)
