I've been getting a "error" message that pops up when the download starts. When I hit the "ok" button, it tries to download it again but I still get the "error" message. It is not my computer because other sites, with the same games, download without a problem.

Having the exact same problem. I also have the added issue of the Game Installer box continually coming up and then the error message. It goes through this loop over and over again and I actually have to restart my computer. Hope they fix this soon cause I'm not getting the use of my Fun Pass cause I can't download any games.

I cannot download any games from your site! I continually get an error message and back to "prepare to install" over and over again. I have to start task manager to end program otherwise it would go on and on. Please fix this!

I am having a very hard time with downloading games and then having to restart due to the error message "downloadQueue.lua:globals/.lua:110:attempt to call field 'RetryCancelDialog'(a nil value)". It's very annoying, but I can still play online games???

I have been having this ERROR message problem for a couple of weeks, so I called customer support and they told me that some of their games can't be downloaded through Internet Explorer, for some reason that she couldn"t really explain and to download firefox and try downloading through there. It worked I was able to download the free game of the day, but I'm wondering why all of a sudden is IE unable to download and when will this be fixed.

Using Internet Explorer Version 8.0.6001.18882
One post said GameHouse told her to download Firefox & try to download. Really??? Can't believe that's the only solutiion. I see there are many others with the same problem. Please help us out to download the trial games and the games we have purchased.

When i run the installer: GameHouse-Installer_am-marooned_gamehouse_.exe
i get almost the same message..
COM exception (.\src\library\tLuaCOM.cpp,39:Undefined Error
And when i click the ok button on the error message the installer shuts itself down.
Any ideas what it might be??

It appears GameHouse is using the RealArcade V3 technology to deliver the game content to the hard drive, however when you probe into the folders of C:\Program Files, the manual uninstall method for the download manager no longer exists as an option.
