I have to agree with Bobby I get the same error after round 2 called invalided property error and dont know why. I think we should get some type of new download for this game.

I had the same problem & I was advised to uninstall & reinstall the game. All that did was change it from the Free game of the day to a trial one. I tried sending one of those support forms but it would not work. I emailed them at the following email address: support@gamehouse.com but so far have not heard back from them

i am having the same problem and the support team told me to downloadDirectx, which i did and am still having trouble i think there is a problem with the game itself, and if we have to re-download then we should get it as free game again not trial version

I actually purchased the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I uninstalled, cleaned the registry, and reinstalled... All to no avail. So it looks to me like this is an issue with the game code itself, not with our installations.

I am having the same problem...I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times too!! I purchased this game thinking it would help and that hasn't worked either. If this can't be resolved then I think I should get a refund or credit.

I am having the same problem as stated above. I think that if you purchase a product, and it doesn't work, you should at least try to assist the purchaser.

I think there is a problem with the game itself, as in a corrupt file somewhere, and it needs to be fixed. I'd hate to waste my money on a game that I cannot play, especially in this tough economic times.

Please see what you can do to help. Thank you.

I am also having the same problem as the one stated here. I think we should be entitled to a refund of the game credit or given a 2nd credit as well.

I agree with the rest of you, this game has some issues. I have the same crashing problem and I also bought the game. When it tries to go to Round 3 of the Story Mode, it crashes and I cannot continue. If I had seen this crap in the demo version, I probably would not have bought the game (as much fun as it was to play). And good luck getting tech support these days, you might as well try winning the lottery.

From what I have seen from the other post here, we all share the same problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and checked my drivers and end up with the same problem. I have also tried it on another computer to no avail. There is a flaw in the program at the end of the second round

I tracked down the 'flaw' in that game, but have no idea how to fix it. The problem is with the Beach Scene and not just in the Story Mode. If you try to play Single Player and pick the Beach Scene instead of the Cruise Ship or Volcano, the game crashes there too. I cannot believe they would send out a product without testing all of the sections in the game, but obviously they did.

I bought the game Tulua legend of a volcano. It doesn't show any of the words the figure in the left hand corner is saying, only black lines. Enen in the book, most pages have the black lines show up there, too. In the area where the canon balls are under the wrecked boat or whatever that is I have no way of getting them out because the words don't show up. Ane help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Because this support forum is not easy to understand how to post a message nothing of the magnatude of the problem is seen. I spoke to several support persons from India, they act like the didn't even know that a problem exsisted with elf bowling hawaiian vacation or believe it isn't even listed. I have the error messages and can provide them to anyone who is interested. I noticed that the competitors have fixed the problem and are selling this software. There is a problem with the software but it works fine if you don't change the default or go to a higher level by defeating your opponent and continuing to gain higher scores. If you only just start over it will not have a problem, change the sceen to The Beach and it will lock up. It locks up when the story mode is run past the 2nd story, the 3rd one with the hula girls

Arvin, I have captured the error messages in a word doc by using print screen and adding it as a JPG to a .doc . I wanted to share it will everyone but it seems there isn't a field that allows a posting of a jpg or anything attached to a message. If you want it I can send it to you directly.

Arvin, I just remembered that I send this back in an email that was sent to my email account yesterday. the Incidenct: 110905-000626 was recorded at my request to attempt to rectify the software error.
