Can't Get any answers to questions about Luxor 3

I would like to get to the next level on the game. I don't want to skip the puzzle. It's driving me nuts. It is stage 10 -2 Among the stars. I have tried every thing I can think of to get the balls up to the top level of balls. It only gives you 3 black balls 3 red balls and one blue and one white. Is there anyone who can solve this puzzle???

Have you tried sites like Gamezebo? They have walkthroughs as well. Mumbojumbo has also been very polite in technical support and solved my gameplay questions when I was ultimately stuck.

Thank you so much for you help. Gamezebo didn't have anything on Luxor 3 but did have just what I wanted to know about the Enlightenus game. You were very helpfull thanks
