Cannot download games AGAIN!

I am not sure why but periodically, like every few months or so, I am able to download with no problems, then all of a sudden, I cannot download any new games. I have Google Chrome and I have followed all of the directions in the HELP section that are provided but nothing helps. Can anyone explain to me why this continues to happen and what can be done to correct it? Thanks so much.

oldgamegirl, for me Firefox and Internet Explore (IE) works fine. as the Google Chrome latest update version 14 have some glitch. the quickest way to fix your issues is by contacting gamehouse customer support.

So far I haven't had any problems downloading games in Google Chrome, but Chrome itself has been misbehaving so badly that I'm about ready to go back IE. Crash after crash on Chrome, not just on my home laptop but on my work desktop too.

I have been having similar problems for the past 4 months. It downloads, gets to the very end and just quits and tells me to verify my connection. There is nothing wrong with my connection but I have not been able to install a game in 4 months. I am on the verge of canceling my funpass. What's the point of paying every month when I can't play any new games. I truly hope they get this fixed soon!!! It's getting really old and I'm tired of wasting my money!

Hi Batts, I saw your post on the other thread. You haven't been able to download any games for FOUR months? Why do you wait 4 months to say something???
