Babel Deluxe game of the day

Is there a problem with this game that it doesnt want to download and install?

I keep getting a message that a network related error has occurred and to try again.

This has been going on ever since the game was listed as a the game of the day, but dont know if there was a problem with it previously.

Same outcome. Personally, just delete the game install, and forget about it. Maybe tomorrow's will work correctly, maybe not. Most times they do, but far too often not. Can't imagine how they figure it helps business to put out lures like "free game of the day" that many times the games don't work for one reason or another.

I don't buy games here because of that factor alone.

15 different attempts to download and install over the past 30 hours...all with the same result:

"A network related error has occurred. Please try again".

Can this be looked into...or at least GH staff let us know that it is be looked at.

Good to know, that it's not just me. I, too, have tried to download several times today with the same error message.

I just downloaded this game and had no problem.I have gamer mode on my spysweeper I turn on .Try disabling your antivirus to download. One time I had to go under another user on my computer to download and that worked.Just a few suggestions,cause I'm no computer whiz.

Trust me, before I even post here, if an installer has a problem, I run standard checks of clearing cache, full cold reboots and disabling of security software...everything that GH customer (dis)service tells you to do before they fail to solve your problem.

I have even tried installing this on 3 separate computers, all with the same issue...and going back to my saved download copies from the past 18 months, this is the second time GH has offered Babel Deluxe as a Game of the Day...and that installer still fails as well.

Try downloading using Internet Explorer. I got the error message using Firefox, but when I used Internet Explorer to download, the install went perfectly.

I am having the same problem.. I sure do wish GH would fix the problem. I was really anxious to try this game. I also tried to download on three different pc's, 2 windows 7, and 1 windows vista.......
Maybe they will fix this before the day is over.

Thanks for the suggestion....but I have tried this with Internet Explorer 8, AOL 9, MSN10, Firefox 3.6, Opera 10, Safari 4, and even Konqueror....it fails from every browser I have on every computer I own.
