X3DAUDIO_3.DLL

I was anxious to try Sunset Studio-Behind the Scenes as it looked like a really interesting concept. However, I've now tried with 3 computers, without success. All have DirectX 9 c or DirectX 11. Two are Windows 7 computers, the other Windows XP. The message I receive on all of them is "The program can't start because X3DAUDIO_3.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

Has anyone else had this problem, and were you able to get the game to work? Thanks for any advice you can offer. I get this system error message every time I try to launch the game.

I too have this same message and cannot get the game to work. I'm really bummed since it is the free game for today. What is the fix? Anyone?
I'm running Vista.

I have found a solution go to this microsoft sight and download this it takes 5 minutes after i did it the game worked fine it seems a microsoft update took out that dll
