Customers may notice one or more of the following known issues:
On some versions of Windows 7 the game may become unresponsive if the computer is locked and then unlocked while playing in Windowed mode. If this occurs it will be necessary to close the game via the Task Manager and relaunch the game. This action will not corrupt any saved progress, however.
After finishing the game, the player is returned to the Main Menu. In order to play the game again, a new profile is required. Clicking the "Play" button will not restart from the beginning but from the last level.
Not all puzzles offer a "Skip" button.
Upon completing the castle tower minigame, the sound effect of footsteps may still be heard. Returning to the Main menu and clicking "Play" to reload the saved file will fix this.
When items appear in the time capsule they need to be clicked to be added to the journal and "keepsake box." All items can be picked up but some of them have very small locations that allow to be clicked. Clicking on them several times will eventually collect the item.
Pressing the 'Esc' button while in FullScreen mode does not minimize or drop the game to windowed mode. Players will need to change to windowed mode via the Menu.
Some players may notice that they are able to have more than four horseshoes when preparing the horse for a ride. And in the star puzzle players may observe that the door animation occurs three times.
