I downloaded SpongeBob obstacle odyssey for my daughter without trying it first and...

I always get this error message: memory access violation

I tried everything but still won't work... Please help

I get the same message too, using windows XP Media Center. Other games work fine! This is annoying. I've restarted, still no go.

I redownloaded the game SpongeBob Obstacle Odyssey and got online with a customer service rep to help me fix the issue but she told me that the game is not supported by Windows 7 and thats why I was getting the message. My kid loved the game and is really upset it dont work on the computer.
And this is the only game that is not working at all. Ive had most of the games since like 2006 or 2007 so its upsetting that the game my kid wants to play is the only one not working because of the memory access viloation
