Check in your inventory, you have matches, click on the matches and then strike the box that is underneath the poster on the tree. Me too, I had trouble doing this.

That's all well and good, but I only get the flare sound, match doesn't light to burn poster. Is there a fix, or one planned?

You have to strike it twice to light it up.

After striking twice, and after hearing the flare sound, check your inventory, you will see a lit match.

I cannot get the game to play properly after download. I installed, uninstalled, reinstalled x 2, now all I get is the main screen and the cursor won't move. Frustrated.

Hi - I have downloaded this game and it will not let me type in my name for the profile. So when I push ok it tells me no profile has been made.....but it wont let me type my name???? [/b]

i found this game frustrating... while the graphics are good and there was no time limit, trying to see all of the hidden objects was almost impossible. ihad to use the hints too often to find things. also, could not find needle, and several other things needed to finish, i thought, the game. but it still went on to the "end". i am glad i have funpass to try the games because this one i will definitely not buy

I having trouble putting th cannonball in the cannon. How do you do that?

Hi Mumdux61,
When you have finished all the tasks before, take the bottle of water, which you received after you have put the clock handle on the clock and solved both puzzles. Zoom into the cannon, by clicking on it. Place the cannonball into the cannon and light a match. After the cannon fires, go through the doorway to the hub.

Nope! No lit match, no where to be found. After about 100 times trying to light the match, with all the sounds of lighting a match, I just put them away. I clicked on the galaxy picture, and it opened the recipe. Now I can't get the stupid 'bowl'/Calderon to stay over the fire pit. What's up with that?
I even went to the Help(?) pages and connected to the walk-through to see if I missed something.
After checking over everything several times, lots of back and forth between screens I finally have a stick over the fire the 'bowl' hangs on. It still won't stay there though. I can't make the soup for the Bee.
I'm stuck. And the Help section is even worse the Microsoft's.
I'm tired of fighting with this game.

Hi Smokejenson,
At the castle exterior: Click on the post at the right side of the door and use the 5 Gargoyle pieces on it. Place them in order from 1 to 5, they are numbered.
