i downloaded shutter island and logged in to play it. everything started fine but when i went to click on the hammer nothing happened. i couldnt pick it up and the hint flashlight kept highlighting it. i have had many problems in the last month with many games. my membership is being wasted!!!!!!

I have the same problem. Cannot pick up hammer. Tried this game on another site also with the same problem. It needs a fix.

I downloaded the game and had no problem until I needed to get out of the first floor ward C. I have gotten all of the tools. I can't move forward. How do I get out of ward C ? I'm stuck . Help! I'm with you . You pay for your membership use of the games and invaritably they have problems.What a waste of money.

I'm glad that it's not my computer because I'm having the same problem with the hammer. The sad part is I was looking forward to playing this game!
