I downloaded the game just fine, but when I get to the Doctor's office in the game and try to click on the glass, it won't let me do it. It's like the glass isn't there. I clicked on the hint flashlight and it highlighted the glass, but it can't be clicked. Please help!! It's frustrating to end the game before it really gets started. I uninstalled the game twice & downloaded it twice and played as different players with the same result!!

Exactly the same problem, and worked extensively with tech support - still couldn't fix it! Help! I was really looking forward to this game!

I had the same problem at the same place. I contacted support , the reply was game compatibility. I wrote back no. Now they are saying I want clues. I guess there is no answer to solving this problem. I am glad to see I was not the only one I was beginning to think it was me.

I have had the same problem. My friend who has a lap top and also the same desk computer took the game loaded it on his and both times to pick up the glass it worked. He brought the game back here to mine uninstalled and installed and everytime I get to the glass it does not pick up. We removed everything from my system did a check and everything was the same but it still will not pick up the glass. It has to be in our systems not the game?? Anyone know what else could be going on??

I also have the same problem. I always start with free versions of gamehouse games and this game I won't buy. Never before have I got stuck in game caused by a bug!

I can pick up the glass, the pills, place the glass but I can't place the pills. dumb game already
