Cannot finish mural puzzle, can't turn the pieces in order for them to fit. Called gmehouse tech and told me to post it here. Has anyone else had the same problem or know where I'm talking about. Very frustrating.

assuming you are talking about the wreath scroll, you must first find all the pieces around the room prior to magnifying the mural. To place the pieces, click on a piece and a golden arrows appear on one corner. To turn the piece, left click on the golden arrows and hold down the left button on your mouse like you would to click and drag.. Take note, sometimes this doesn't work so well, because you have to click and drag several times before the piece turns. A design flaw in my opinion. Just keep trying, once you figure out the best technique, you will be able to finish the mural puzzle.
Too bad that the tech couldn't answer your question, clearly sounds like a person who is just there for a paycheck, and not a responsible representation of the company's interests. And we wonder why our jobs close their doors when their customers find a better place to shop. Not a very good custodian of what is entrusted to them, indeed.
