This game will not install. Error message says I'm not connected to the Internet. Select yes to retry but it keeps displaying this message. I am connected to the Internet.

I am sorry for the confusion and inconvenience to you. This game's download page was briefly available today, one day before scheduled release.

The situation has been corrected, meaning that the game is not presently available for download, but it will be available tomorrow on its regularly scheduled release date of Thursday, October 6th 2011.

Why is it all of a sudden that platinum games aren't available with funpass? I'm paying $20 a month for what's recently been uninteresting or faulty games. I don't expect to spend that much and then have to purchase a game as well just for a bonus chapter. I expect this from bigfish because they only charge 6.99 for a membership but I am really disappointed in this new turn of events. Not even sure keeping funpass is worth it.

Thank you for your comments. You are correct that Premium Edition games are available for FunPass play.

Sacra Terra - Angelic Night Platinum Edition is part of our new Platinum Edition series, which are games that many of our customers have been asking for and which were previously not available to us.

In order for GameHouse to offer you these games, we are not contractually able to offer them for FunPass play. We will be offering standard versions of these games, which will be included for FunPass play, as soon as those standard editions are available to us. You'll see that Sacra Terra - Angelic Night (standard edition) was released today as well.

So, since you are offering Platinum Edition, FunPass subscribers will have to pay the same amount of money monthly/annually, but will no longer see Premium Edition, or very rarely? Yeah, that sounds SO right.

Hi DarkDragon,

All FunPass Members can play Standard and Premium Editions, same as in the past. GH has now new Platinum ON TOP, which we can't play with FunPass, but the Standard Editions of them will be available. GH will provide us with the Standard Editions of the same games like Platinum. SO YOU CAN PLAY THE SAME EDITIONS LIKE IN THE PAST. Platinum doesn't replace Premium Editions, okay! GH will provide us now and then with a Premium Edition, same as in the past!

Look at it with a positive aspect, we have now some awesome games coming up, due to Platinum!
Platinum Editions are for the ones, which want to buy them, but nobody has to, who don't wants to!

By the way DarkDragon, I just have played two Standard Editions: The Fool and now I am on Sacra Terra, these are both long HO games with puzzles and a story line. Both of them provide fantastic graphics and are a joy for the gamer to play. I just love it!

I don't see how you say ON TOP when new HO games since that Platinum edition appears no longer have Premium because they "are not contractually able to offer them for FunPass play." Except for that Mortimer Beckett & Crimson Thief and a Match 3 game.

Also, GH may give us now and then with Premium edition like you said, but I think it's been much rarer than before. I'm not sure how better Platinum than Premium, but we did have awesome games with Premium edition.

Yes, I did play them. They're good, but I finished them in around 5 hours or less each, straightly.

Hi DarkDragon,

That was also about the maximum time I had. I said they where long games, when I compare as example with the Them The Summoning and some other ones I played in the past, which took me just ~ an hour.

Discussions about Platinum and Premium where so many happening lately. I find we shall wait and see and in the meantime we just enjoy the good games. My personal opinion is that GH looks after their customers and I think they, due to the Platinum can provide us with a lot more good games.

So the Platinum games are contractually ruled by who? Somebody other than GH??? Im confused? The only other entity involved in your contract must be the developers. Sooo ... they are telling you that you cannot offer these Platinum games for Fun Pass players on YOUR website??? hmmmm .... sounds pretty fishy to me...

You do realize that as Fun Pass Members we do not OWN any game. Please tell the entity on the other end of the contract that ok?

thanks a bunch... Im sure these Platinum Games will not only be out every 6 months .. why not just change the rules for the Premium Games and leave it plain and simple?

This is my 2 cents worth as a FunPass member. Current FunPass members should have been grandfathered to receive the platinum editions free. All new FunPass members would be advised those games are not included. It is not a platinum versus premium game count. It is that we believed all games were included in the monthly price. GameHouse's marketing strategy failed miserably. You, GameHouse, chose the "contractual" agreement. Accept responsibility and fix it. Customers do not like to feel they were had.
