Downloaded on VISTA, no problem. New laptop w/ WINDOW 7. RE added. Struggle opening game. Yesterday, the game wouldnt close at all. Contacted support. Did the usual, "Do this, do that". Told to restart and all'd be fine. ARGGHH!! no internet connecton. I re contacted support from my old laptop. Another run around. "OH, you need tier 2. takes up to 24 hours to get an answer.". I said, "NO.". I stood my ground. After some 15 minutes or was it longer, I wAS told to type in MSCONFIG. I finally remembered that is what I neded. Did some unchecking and checking. My laptp were up and runing fine. Moral lesson, all tech dont usually know the proper procedure.
I tried ROYAL ENVOY on BIG FISH GAMES with WINDOW 7. It will not open. I am able to play ROYAL ENVOY on VISTA. Wonder what the issue is. Anyone having problem playing ROYAL ENVOY with WINDOW 7?
