I have a glitch in the game. Tech support won't help me unless I first post here & find out if I am "playing the game wrong." Wow. I even included a screen shot so they could see it was a glitch. Not the first time a tech support person has barely read what one writes. Very annoying!
Anyway ....
At the suspect's computer desk, you have to click on the desk drawer hot spot to zoom in to open it. I have the key to open it, but when I click the hot spot, it opens up an outline of the box for the close-up, but you can "see right through it" to the whole scene. The graphics for the close up is not there. I can grab the key & randomly click places in the box where I think the keyhole might be, but the game won't continue of course until I open the drawer & retrieve the clue inside.
