I'm not crashing ,but I am also going no where! Keeps coming up with the fact that data/chapters/garage/audio/fx/car-driving-cut scenes'not found. Without it I don't think you can fix the car Drive the car or go to Aunt Mildred's. Since this is all the tasks I'm showing now, I guess I'm done. I even tried reloading the game so I guess until someone comes up with a fix , That's all.

Game keeps crashing for me too. When I have gone back into it, it does not give me the option to play as a fun pass member - only that i can buy it.
I have uninstalled but will not download it again until there is a fix.
Please sort this out

Games keeps crashing. I too don't get option to restart with funpass. I have uninstalled and restarted with same happening again.

Same problem here. Downloaded game yesterday with fun pass but didn't have time to finish. When I tried to start game today get a Thank you for playing, but no option to play with fun pass. Obviously there are technical difficulties. Please have programers address issue. Thx

Game crashes for me also. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and it still crashes. I also have the same issue with it not giving me the option to play as a fun pass member. Getting very annoying.

Crashing here too. Just after I fix the car it just shuts down. It will let me restart with FunPass but it keeps crashing in the same spot. Really frustrating because it seems like an interesting game! Please post when there`s a fix!

I have tried to play this game but every few minutes I click on something, the game suddenly closes and I get Error message that is different each time but it always something that states "not found" it is either my profile or a part of the game that just isn't found, one time it was lost mom that could not be found. Others are right by default when the game closed screen comes up it does not give you the option to play again with fun pass. You have to close that Box and re-lauch the game from either the desktop or program menu and then a new box pops up and you can re-enter with fun pass. It is very difficult to play a game that can't find it's own elements. It is not a problem with all of our computers but in the game programming!!!!

When I first try to start the game, it will let me attempt to sign on as a fun pass member, but then it kicks me out and won't let me back in.

Hi you all,

I love my HOG's with a storyline and puzzles. This is the reason I did downloaded it as soon as it was out. That was for me in the evening time (US users in your morning) due to too much traffic on the internet this game crashed on me all the time while playing. When I went back into the game it took me to the last saving point, that is sometimes I had to replay some steps. It was so annoying, that I went through WinUtilities and uninstalled this game. I reinstalled it at my morning (US evening time) Now I can play it without any crashes and I played it until the end and liked it.

By the way for the ones, who don't know WinUtilites, It's free and save. Here is the address:

Go to the Download Now button with the green background, it is under WinUtilities Free Edition.
After the installation click on the Uninstall Manager and search Red Crow Mysteries.

My download of this program was doing the same -- after the initial session opening the second time to the thanks for playing screen. I then tried opening the program through "run as administrator" and the program opened.

To "run as administrator" right click on the icon and a menu will open. Then make the selection, on my computer run as administrator is the fourth selection. A prompt screen will open asking to allow the program to make changes to your computer, select yes. Red Crow Mysteries should open.

Hope this works for you as well!!

It is not the opening the dialog box to play that is my issue but the fact that the came unexpectedly closes and then give me a "file not found" error message!!

Between games that crash and Platinum games we can't play, I'm really starting to wonder what I'm paying for my FunPass for. Sometimes I wonder if Gamehouse really wants our business.

I guess I'm lucky because I'm not getting error messages and I didn't have download problems. I'm able to play the game, but I'm just stuck and unable to move on...this is the first time being stuck that I couldn't get help from you wonderful and dedicated players!
My only beef lately is that no matter where I click, I get that damn fun pass page telling me to sign up...duh, I'm signed in as a subscriber!

So, when you guys are ready to play....and passed certain scenes I'd love some help!

If you right click on the game and then click "run as administrator" it will give you the option to play as funpass. I have found this game to be the most frustrating game to play ever. I finally resorted to going to the walkthrough just to get finished with it. Hope this helps anyone having a problem.
