how do you get past identify the victim

OK IM KIND OF SICK OF THIS GAME. I'M STUCK IN THE GRAVEYARD I CAN'T GO BACK TO THE PREVIOUS SCENE BECAUSE IT WON'T LET ME. IT'S ASKING TO IDENTIFY VICTIM AND NOTHING HAPPENS WHEN YOU CLICK ON HINT. THIS WAS A WASTE OF MY CREDIT. I'VE NEVER HAD THIS IN A GAME BEFORE. IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME PLEASE DO.

I too am stuck in the graveyard. I am trying to find evidence but nothing will let me go back and pick up the shovel. Nothing I click helps. I see a number of people are having the same problem.

i don't guess anyone has figured out the graveyard thing. it keeps asking me to identify the victim, but it's not letting me use a hint, and my camera thing is not lighting up red. i don't know what to do next.

Click on the open grave and then use your flashlight tool in the grave. You will find a key and the victim's wallet.

Click on the magnifying glass over the open grave. Look on the ground to the left of the open grave --move your cursor over the FOOTPRINTS there. It will turn to the red camera to click the pic!! Hope this helps.

I'm still stuck in the graveyard. Nothing I click makes it possible to go back and get the shovel. I'm supposed to be finding evidence but I can't figure out what I can possibly do to get the program to work. This is dumb.

If you are stuck in the Graveyard and it is still saying find a piece of evidence (at this point your Banyan screen is the only other one unlocked), this is what you do:
Go to the Banyan screen. The tree that is to the left of the hanging doll should have a red string hanging from it (maybe about the middle?) It is very hard to see. But if you click on it, it will let you finish collecting evidence. This is the only piece of info that a user posted that actually worked for me. Thanks!!
