The last two mirror shards you get when you uncurse the guard outside the city wall. That is coloring in his tattoo with the flower heads.
The egg you place into the empty birds nest on the tree and you have to get a Transformation Potion (this funny hand with the moving fingers) from a place you have uncursed. Place it over the egg and it will hatch and you need to feed the dragon with the red berries which you just click on, as soon as it is hatched.
