Help needed

I guess I'm not equal to the intellectual pressure here. I've finished all the bottom floor rooms I have access to, but can't get through the door with the big eye because I've only found the green marble, and can't get to the second floor because I can't find the second dial for the lock, and I can't clear the garden because there's no list of things to find in the hidden object scene. The fairy's comments don't seem to be helpful, so hopefully someone here can set me on the right path.

Hi there,flueIn: If you go to the Princess Isabella forum game page and review the other posts I'm sure you will find all the answers you need to get to the end of this game. (also check post on marble puzzle) hope this helps.

I can't find the second dial for the second floor door lock either. Please help, one post said you should have one dial already and the second one is found in a seek and find game. Well, I guess I have the second one but not the first! I know the marbles are on the second floor, at least that is how one moves ahead but I am stuck. Also, I can't solve the garden walk/fountian parts either.

I hope you were able to find the dial in the fountain puzzle to get to the second floor.

my game didnt down load whole game missing parts skips parts HELP!!!!

Hi Shepip,

I have played the whole game without any problems.
When you just uninstall and reinstall and you have something on your game savings it will go back where you have left. To fix the problem you can, if you don't mind replaying do the following.

Go to Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs.
Click on Princess Isabella a Witch's Curse, then click on the Add/Remove button
After uninstalling. You can go to Start. Search and
Choose all Files and folders.
Choose More advanced options.
Make sure Search system folders,
Search hidden files and folders and
Search subfolders are all ticked.
Type in the top empty bar Princess Isabella a Witch's Curse and press search. Right click every single file, which comes up and delete them.
Reboot your computer and reinstall it after the add is finished.

P.S. It might take sometime, when you are in search, depending how much you have on your computer.
For the reinstalling, it might be a good idea to do so early in the morning or at evening time, when it has not so much high traffic on the Internet.
