I am having a problem. I bought this game back in February and started playing it with my daughter. Now it's as if the game was never unlocked. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and still no luck. It asks for email and password, but comes up with the message "You do not have priveleges to register this game at this time." I don't know what is going on, as I had started this game and now can't get it to open. Can anyone help me with this? I ahve contacted customer service several times and am currently waiting on a response from them. Has anyone else had this problem? Is GameHouse having trouble with their site? There have been times over the past week, most of the time, when I can't even get signed in to my account! Are they doing maintenance? Please, can anyone help?
