l am stuck near the end where you have to move the rods l look at the walkthrough l did it right and the door want open please help

Oh my Gosh, am I the only one stuck in the pipes thing, please!!!!!! Help, what do I have to do to look for the valve for the kitchen. I have the valve for the pipes but it won't let me use, help me please........

gordis..... You need both the pipe and the valve to do the pipe puzzle... the pipe looks like a small thread spool(black in color) once you have both you can place them. Hope this helped.

I can only find 9 pieces of glass where do i find the 10th.

Also stuck at the rod puzzle. I used the correct pattern from the walkthrough but still can't open the gate. Plz Help

Hi Kidds and Marchs Ridders,
I have just played around with the rods and aligned them in different patterns and suddenly the door opened, didn't used a walkthrough, it might be faulty, that both of you couldn't open the door after using the walkthrough.
Just try it and you will have success.

Hi Gordis,
When you have placed the pipe (to find in hidden object by Gustav's house in the attic) and the handle (to find in hidden object by the table beside the window in the attic) and have normalized the pressure; you can use the left door to the vine cellar, there you will find between two barrels on the floor the valve for the water in the kitchen.

Hi Retta,
Glass pieces are located: 1.) on the canopy of the bed, right hand sided. 2.) window facing the garden. 3.) attic on the table left side of the door way. 4.)main hall left bottom corner on the debris. 5.) kitchen stove. 6.) Door left side under the stairs on the floor. 7.) Dining room table. 8.) in front of the castle entrance by the stone slab of the right lion. 9.) chapel by the right side. 10.) dresser on the right side (use the key, which you have found under the tank) after completing the key puzzle you will find it in the bottom drawer. P.S. in this dresser there are more drawers and you can find more things.....

Thank you for the help with the glass pieces. Now I'm stuck with the flower pattern on the floor near the fire place, I have 4 of the petels red pink green blue. Where do I get the 5th. I have a chalace with a lid gold but don't know what to do with it. I know I need a flower for the potion but don't know where that is. Help.

The 5th crystal is in the chapel-- you will find it in the hidden objecy search

Hi Retta,
the yellow gem stone is in the wine cellar (hidden object), you click on the left area in the back of the room. About the chalice don't worry, you will use it later as a container for the potion. The flower you will also access down the track, this room is available after you placed the crystals.

I found all the glass pieces and have been through the dungeon but still only have 7 runes. I don't know what to do next. Help please

Of course as soon as I post I find what I was looking for. Now I have all 10 runes and the spell is ready to cast. Thanks anyway

I'm stuck on where the 10th rune is. Plus when in the dungeon what the heck do you do?

after you collect all 10 runes, place the runes in the spell book.
Go into the dungeon, follow the maze until you find entrance.
(I randomly went so unable to note the right path)

I have all 10 runes in the book, but now what? I've been all over looking for new stuff and clicking like crazy! Please help!!

I read your advice to Retta about the 10 glass pieces. I have been to all those places and collected each item but the tally only says I've collected 9. I've gone back over it a number of times. The help icon tells me there is one on a pillar in the attic... but of course there isn't, and nothing can be collected. Do I have a glitch do you think?... or do I simply start game over and hope it doesn't happen next time?

Okay I am so lost on the glass pieces I have 9 out of ten the one I can't find is the one on the canopy of the bed I have looked every where Please help it is driving me nuts not know or seeing it. thanks

I have found my glass shard on the bedding skirt at the bottom far right on the tassel ornament of it. I had no shard on the canopy of the bed.

it took me a while but figured out which pice of glass i was missing lol won't you know it it was the one in the debra in the main hallway thanks so much for your help you where great.

My first thought was, I should list you all the locations of the glass shards. Then I just went with your question and just answered that one. It shows again the first feelings are always right.
