Ornate box | GameHouse

I am playing the garden chapter and can't for the life of me find the "ornate box" and the hint bar won't work on this particular object. Can anyone please help this frustrated old woman?

It must have been some sort of glitch because I played it again and the ornate box was contained in another clue and was found when that mini puzzle was solved. Frustration is once again at normal levels.

I am also playing the garden and have found the ornate box and have solved all the little riddles but the clue does not disappear from the clue list. Does it hide somewhere else after you have solved the puzzles? I cannot proceed to the next segment or to the other games.
