HAS ANYONE ELSE BEEN UNABLE TO LOAD AND RUN THIS GAME. IF SO, DID YOU EVER RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. I SPENT 3+ HOURS ON THE PHONE WORKING WITH THE MOST CONSIDERATE TECH FOLKS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED, BUT WE COULD NOT GET THE GAME TO RUN. I SEE HERE THAT EVEN WITH A GLITCH OR TWO IT HAS WORKED FOR OTHERS. SURE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE IT SO FOR MYSELF

I'm guessing it has something to do with your internet security software. I had a problem trying to download this on my husbands computer; McAfee identified a trojan would not allow certain files to download. However, was able to download and play with no problems, so far, on my computer. I have Spyware Doctor & Windows Defender running and neither had a problem with the download.
