For the chess pieces. I forgot where but you receive a story about a white King and his queen. That gives you the order for the chess pieces. I keep a notebook and write down clues do dont have to keep opening and closing the book in the game. The shopkeeper gets the crown. I believe the guard is asking for money. When you collect the gold coins give to him and he will leave and let you in that new area. Hope this helps. I'm stuck in the Eygypt one.

HELP!!!!!!!
I am stuck in the cabinet with figures that need to be put into order. When you first get into the cabinett it tells you to put them into order and I have tried every order I can think of and nothing happens. Can somebody please tell me the order and what to do next, I have been working on this for 3 months.

Hi Rayjn,
Make sure you have placed the CD on the pole in the Bastille, you then get the Tale of the Poor Little Girl. It will write that note into your book.
If you replay the game it's possible that you will have 2 other stories: The Tale of the Toy Soldier and the Tale of the White King.
Consult your book and place the figurines in the same order accordingly.
Solution: From left to right: Little Girl, Lighthouse, Cat, Statue, Chef and Bird.
