We have seen an instance of this game crashing when switched from full-screen to windowed mode. We believe the issue was related to the specific hardware configuration of one of our test laptop computers and we do not expect it to recur. If any of our customers encounter this problem they should email the details to: support@gamehouse.com

I have Mortimer Becket Spooky Manor and Time Paradox. I just got around to opening our Trial with ads version. The game has repeatedly frozen; works good for a while and does not seem to be related to switching from windows to full screen. It actually seems to be when the level is completed and your try to move on to another room in the Spooky Manor. I have tried a few
different compatibility modes and am still working on this. We are running Windows 7. Mario and Diana Laflamme
