Gamehouse is in the business of selling games and if this were a problem at their end, they would have it fixed immediately. I don't see any other complaints about downloading problems so one could assume the problem may be at your end, either with your ISP or the method you are using to purchase it.
My first guess would be that it may be the browser or anti-virus program you are running. If you are not using Internet Explorer, I would suggest switching to IE just to purchase games at Gamehouse.
