Yes, I've solved the puzzle. I have the combination but can't figure out how to use the numbers. I feel like such a dork! lol

I got the combination too and sorry to say, it never worked for me either. It is not you. I deleted this game from my computer. Apparently, alot of other people are having this problem too.

I am about to uninstall this game also. I waited so long for this game and I have been so frustrated by this I don't know what to say. Aggravating.

The numbers that you find behind the fish puzzle are logged in your journal. The numbers correspond with the number of key from left to right respectively. You must follow that sequence. Simply attempting to solve the puzzle without the sequence discovered behind the fish mosaic is nearly impossible. It will also have variations when you play through the game multiple times. So make sure to check your journal

Ok i have tried over and over. I have the numbers and when i get to the third key it says wrong. I even gone to the walk through. It's to the point i might delete it. But i really don't want to. Can any one help.

I have the numbers for the combination on the chest. The thing is there are 8 numbers and only 5 keys.

The combination is not about number of turns. It is about the order in which you turn the keys.
