Guide to Mortimer and the Lost King

Hi everyone. When you purchased and downloaded the game, a folder by the same name was also placed on your desktop, separate from the game. This folder contains the jigsaw puzzles and the pdf file for the guide. You will need Adobe Reader 9 in order to use the guide. The guide explains that this new mortimer is not like other games. There's a lot of back and forth; you can't follow one particular path. The guide gives insight and hints and directions for each and every one of the places Mortimer visits in his quest. Once you use the guide, you'll see what a useful tool it is. My only "regret" is that in order to use the guide you have to close down the game. I wish there could have been a way to link the game to the guide. Hope this helps.

there was only 1 thing on my desktop and that was the game itself,i have installed and uninstalled 3 times and still only get the game.

The folder is of no help to me in my problem. I am stuck at the treasure chest and no matter what i do there is no opening that chest. I have followed the combination and I get to the number 5 and it tells me that it is not working I am probably turning the combination in the wrong way. There is no other way, there is some kind of a problem with this game and I have not gotten any help from anyone at gamehouse. I am so frustrated and I will be uninstalling this game next. Maybe when it is straightened out we can reinstall it and go from there.
