I had the same problem. It finally worked after the second time but took FOREVER!

none of my games are working..I click on the play button and it acts like its going to come up but then goes to the quit screen..i checked my firewalls and my games are allowed so not sure why all of a sudden my games wont come up.

How old is your computer? Many of the games require more video RAM than older systems have, although I was able to download and play this game with a 5-year old system that only had 64 mb of video RAM. Once I got my new computer, I stopped having problems like this.
