stuck/ need help to progress

Bought the game from paprikari, paid $19.95 for it. Been playing with no bugs except I 've come to where I cannot progress. I can't find the rag and some eyeglasses anywheres, I even wrote paprikari's support and asked what I can do. I was real into the game until I got stuck. Any help would be greatly apreciated

I cant remember exactly where but the glasses are hanging kinda sideways on a human form..like a suit of armor or something. Have you figured out the bookshelf puzzle??
