Sorry if this is a repeat, I didn't see anything when I searched the topic.
I bought the earlier Mortimer Beckett games and had no problem with them but when this one came out, I never got past the intro even with help from the very patient and polite customer service representative. He said the game wasn't compatible with my 64 bit laptop... but since it's been at least a year since this conversation, I was hoping to find there might have been a 'fix' on the problem. Any good news for me?
