Cannot get game to load when I log in. It says error. How can I play this game?

I had the same problem,so I just tried again and it was worth it. Interesting game. Long and slow download for me but I enjoyed the game, hope you do to.(other option:go fun-pass!)

I deleted the game and redownloaded more than once and each time it does the same thing. It starts to launch then says the game needs to close because of serious error. How do I get the game to launch properly?

New question : I am at the level where you fire the cannon at the mountain. How do I get the darn match lit????

Frozen in the cemetary looking for the map. cursor is not aligned with program, toolbox won't open, clues won't appear

I'm at the level were you put the peg leg into the cog wheel to open the mouth. I try to move the combination to the mouth of the mountain and it won't move. The hint just keeps telling me to use the tools . Did I not pick up a tool ? Would like to move on. marysue

Drag the match to the location of the fuse and the match will do the rest. It strikes on the face, travels over and lights the fuse. Interesting things happen after that.
