Game stops

I like the game but after day 4 the game stops. I get the folllwoing messgae from Windows;

I also like the game but I am also have the same problem. PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE someone help us we need HELP. This game just does not work properly. I also get to day 4 and it closes on me. WHY is this happening please. Thanks Helen.

Day 4, the game freezes and gives error message. What gives? Where is the response from GameHouse about this?
