I think this game could be a blast - if you had choices - something similar to what Janes Realty offers -- if there was a certain amount of money to spend, ways to earn more money, and places to buy different paints, cabinets, tools - then use them, install them in house -- that would REALLY be a FIXER-UPPER game.
