HELP! In the Wild West time period, the Locomotive level (the last one of the bonus levels) the rewards jumps from needing 75,000 points for silver to 1,250,000 points for gold. I think this should be 125,000 points. It is the only level I have not been able to get a gold rating. Is there a trick to this level?
